Time to renew your TRAC membership!
What a fantastic start 2016 was for TRAC!
We have now entered our second year as an incorporated club and has brought us to renewal time.
Membership renewals were due by 1 January, 2017. The Club will hold current memberships open until 31 March, 2017. Beyond that date membership will be deemed to have lapsed.
We need renewals to ensure we are all covered for our functions and Club site activities.
Note that a Life Membership category and an option to pay up to 3 years in advance at $50 per year for Full Membership are now available.

How to renew:
2017 fees have been held the same as for last year with some new options as per below:
Life Membership - with voting rights: $1,000 (once only payment)
Full Membership - with voting rights: $50 pa (option to pay in advance for 2 or 3 years)
Concession Membership - with voting rights, including pensioners, seniors and students over the age of 18: $25 pa
Associate Membership - with no voting rights, (educational institutions, non-active members): $25 pa
Junior Membership - with no voting rights: $10 pa
Additional donation towards Club Building Fund (see membership form)
OPTION 1. (by Online Banking via Direct Transfer - preferred if possible please)
If paying by Direct Transfer, bank details are:
(NB - please ensure you add your name when completing the transfer for payment identification)

NB. No need to fill out a new Membership Application/Renewal Form UNLESS you are paying extra years in advance, applying for Life Membership, changing your membership category, making a donation or updating your contact details. If any of these situations apply to you, please make your Online Banking payment following the above directions, and then print out and complete the Membership Application/Renewal Form at the bottom of this page and clearly write on the form the date you made the payment together with the amount you paid. Please then scan and e-mail the completed form to [email protected] or post to: The Secretary, Tamworth Regional Astronomy Club , C/- PO Box 1023, Tamworth, NSW, 2340, Australia.
OPTION 2. (by other - eg cheque, money order etc)
Please print out and complete a Membership Application/Renewal Form, tick the renewal box and attach payment. The 2017 Membership Application/Renewal Form is available at the bottom of this page.
Please post the completed form with your payment to the following address on the form (NB - please ensure you include the completed form with your payment for identification):
